Everyone should be aware that the Texas REALTORS® suite is protected by an alarm system after hours. The alarm is monitored by ADT and they will dispatch APD when the alarm is triggered. The last person in the building usually sets the alarm when they leave or the cleaning crew will set it when they leave.
If you have the need to come to the building after hours and do not have an alarm code, please please have your manager send Moe an email and he will get you set up with one. If you need a one-time code (for example, if you have a scheduled guest coming to the building,) please get your manager's approval and call Moe (512-698-7376).
Important note: An alarm code is NOT the same as your keypad access code. You keypad access code will not disarm the alarm system.
