Lots of new faces to celebrate in this edition!
Claire Grose
Please help us welcome one of our newest members of the team, Claire Grose. Claire joined us on March 29 as TREPAC Coordinator where she will help the TREPAC team spread the word on the value and importance of TREPAC and help raise our members' level of investment in TREPAC.
Claire has spent most of her professional career in hospitality. Most recently from, The AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, just up the road. Here are a few things Claire share with us about herself:
Born in Austin, she was raised and spent most of her life in San Antonio.
She got her degree from Texas State University.
She loves roller coasters - especially the loop-de-loop ones!

Kaitlin Cahill
On April 12, we had two new members of the Meeting Planning Department join the team as Junior Meeting Planners. In alphabetical, of course, we are honored to welcome Kaitlin Cahill who will bring her experience in the hotel industry to help ensure great meeting experiences for Texas REALTORS®. Here's what Kaitlin shared with us about herself:
She was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from University of North Texas
She loves thunderstorms and would have been a storm chaser in another life
Dominates at Mario Kart (Anyone for a Texas REALTORS® game night, post-COVID of course?)
She is ‘artsy’ and enjoys photography, sculpting and painting
A big movie buff, but rarely enjoys a movie based off a book; books are always better - example, Game of Thrones

Sabrina Phelps
Sabrina is the other member of the new Meeting Planning team and also comes to us with great experience in the hospitality industry. We're looking forward to both her and Kaitlin's expertise to move our meeting experience forward. Here are a few items that Sabrina shared with us:
She's a born and raised Austinite. She moved around a bit after high school but has been back since 2010
She went to school for fashion design
Loves pizza rolls and a cold beer (or two) from Pinthouse Pizza, adding "Their homemade ranch is to die for!"
Likes to hike and did a lot of hiking during Covid
Treats herself to Starbucks way too much!
Finally watched “The Mandelorian” and can’t wait for the next season.
Nate Catey
Nate Catey joined the team on March 30. He's our new Central Texas Field Representative and will work with our Governmental Affairs team to inform and engage members and local associations in our advocacy efforts. Patee Franks
And the newest member of the Texas REALTORS® team. Meet Patee Franks. Patee joined us on April 21 and has hit the ground running as the Communication & Marketing team's new Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, Patee will be creating content for all our online and print communications as well as advancing our marketing automation efforts. A few tidbits Patee shared with us:
Raised in Mission Viejo, California, she has been in Austin for 16 years.
Graduated from St. Edwards with an Organizational Communications degree
She's a strict vegetarian and enjoys trying new recipes
She' been married for 27 years and she and her husband have five cats
