Yesterday, staff directors and managers spent a great deal of time discussing the results of this year's employee engagement survey, which 96% of our team participated in back in July. Your feedback has provided invaluable insights into our organization, and we are delighted to report that the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive.

Here are some of the highlights from the survey:

• 96% of you agreed that you feel genuinely appreciated at this organization.

• 94% of you agreed that this organization operates by strong values.

• 92% of you agreed that your manager cares about your concerns.

• 93% of you agreed that you have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

• 94% of you agreed that you feel included at Texas REALTORS®.

These are impressive numbers that reflect your high level of engagement and satisfaction with our organization. We can all be proud of the culture we have built together.

While we celebrate these accomplishments, it's important to recognize that the survey also identified areas where we can improve. Your feedback is invaluable in guiding our efforts for continuous growth and development.

Some areas for improvement include:

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Enhancing collaboration between departments will be a focus area, ensuring that we leverage our collective strengths.

• Building Awareness: We want to improve communication about what each department does, available resources, and how we can collaborate more effectively.

• Workload and Meeting Experiences: We can work on optimizing workloads and making internal meetings more efficient and productive.

• Transparency: We are committed to providing even greater transparency regarding our pay, advancement, and benefits structure to ensure everyone understands the value we place on your dedication.

In the coming weeks, department leads will engage in discussions at the team level to gather more specific input and ideas. This direct involvement will allow each of you to play a crucial role in shaping our future and ensuring that we continue to uphold our Core Values of service, collaboration, ownership, integrity, and respect.
