We are getting very close to the September 9 official launch date of our new association management system, Tangilla. This has been a monumental effort on the part of several departments across the organization and will fundamentally change many of the processes we utilize every day here at Texas REALTORS.
Many of you have not had the benefit of viewing the test product or digging into any of the features. Next week, two of the owners of Tangilla will be here in the office helping prepare us for the launch and training on the various modules within the system.
Phil Kels will be available the entire week to Membership, Accounting and TREPAC to assist those teams with the finance processes.
For the rest of us, Jeff Turner will be leading a series of training sessions. Please see the schedule below. If you fall into any of these categories, please make every effort to attend these sessions. We will be in the Boardroom but will offer a Zoom option for all of them.
Jeff will also be hosting two Zoom training sessions for local association staff to help them learn the association portal features and how to accomplish their daily processes.
Phil and Jeff will both be onsite all of the following week as well. Both will be available for ad hoc training and responding to issues that pop up. The one thing that we all can expect is that there will be issues that pop up and have to be fixed over the first few weeks after launch. This is the nature of new system launches. We just ask for everyone's patience and for good communication of issues that arise.
