As we’ve been discussing, REALTOR® Day at the Texas Capitol is quickly approaching and offers us a tremendous opportunity to showcase the many talents of our staff members and the value that Texas REALTORS® enjoy as a member of the association. Our job that day is to provide the best member experience possible and it's going to take the efforts and teamwork of everyone in the building.
As was previously mentioned, there are a number of logistical jobs that need to be filled to ensure that things run smoothly. Everyone is expected to participate. In fact, the office will be closed to normal business operations so everyone can focus on this important event.
We’ve created an online sign-up to allow you to choose which job(s) and shifts for which you’d like to volunteer. Please coordinate with your department to ensure that departmental obligations and staff volunteer jobs on this list don't conflict.
Again, this is an all-hands-on deck day, so please sign up for multiple jobs and/or time slots so that all slots are filled and we can ensure that the day runs smoothly. We must have all positions filled, so as we approach March 22, we will be making assignments to fill the remaining slots.
