It's that time of year - Annual Reviews launch December 1

It's time now to complete our annual performance evaluation surveys for 2023. This is a very important process, not only to ensure that we are accomplishing the goals of the association with a focus on our core values and strategic plan, but also to ensure that you have the tools and resources to achieve success and the platform to discuss your individual goals. Your feedback is critical to both of these objectives. 


On December 1, you will receive a personalized invitation via SurveyMonkey to participate in your annual review survey. In years past, we've gotten feedback that it is frustrating that you can't access your responses in order to either make changes or complete in multiple sittings. By sending the survey through SurveyMonkey, you can access your responses and make edits even after submission using the original link provided in the first message from SurveyMonkey. Feel free to submit the form with placeholder responses initially (as all questions are required) and return to edit at your convenience. Final responses will be exported and shared with supervisors starting January 1.


Please complete all questions and submit your responses by December 31 so that your supervisor can schedule a meeting to discuss goals for 2024 in January. This is a hard deadline and plays a large role in how soon applicable salary adjustments can be made. Please provide thorough explanations and provide detailed examples where applicable.


This survey is mandatory for all employees who have been on staff for more than 3 months by year end (began prior to October 1). If that doesn't apply to you, visit with your supervisor to see whether it would be beneficial to complete what you can of this form, as it can frame a valuable conversation.
