Each year as part of our strategic planning process, we send an all-member survey. In odd years, it includes substantive questions to get member feedback on issues and priorities for the association. In even years, it focuses on member perception of value and their overall opinion of the association. The results end up in a scorecard format and is presented to the Strategic Planning Committee when they meet to draft the association's next strategic plan in late March.
Today marked the launch of this year's member survey. The survey will be live until March 11 and results will be compiled. Staff will be presented with the results as well as have an opportunity for input into the planning process on March 25 when we will host a hybrid meeting. We want to ensure that staff have a voice in the drafting of the plan and understand both how the process works and also the objectives of the planning process. That session will be at 10:00a.
