Our lead receptionist, Stephanie Ayala, handles dozens of calls daily, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries directly or connecting callers with the right team members.
However, like all of us, Stephanie takes personal time off. So, what happens when she’s out? The expertise required to maintain the same level of service can't be matched by a temporary replacement on a moment's notice and without training.
